STENCIL PRINTING - MPM

ITW MPM

ELAS Ltd. has been the Hungarian representative of the American ITW - Speedline group since its establishment. MPM, a member of this group, offers a wide range of stencil printers to meet the highest demands, which increase the production yields of electronics manufacturing and assembly plants through their high precision and low cycle times. Over the past two decades, we have installed more than 100 MPM stencil printers in Hungary.

MPM equipment can be used to apply solder pastes, adhesives and many other materials used in printed wiring boards. MPM stencil printers are long-lasting, highly reliable, precision machines with panel-to-stencil splicing accuracy of up to 12.5 microns (6 sigma), flexible and allowing for fast product changeovers. The range also includes smaller, stand-alone, semi-automatic and fully line-ready equipment. Drawing on previous experience and expertise, MPM has developed the industry's first 2D and 3D print control systems, vacuum stencil cleaning, Automatic Pin Placement, look-up/look-down camera systems and closed-loop print pressure control. Many of today's widely used solutions are also related to them, such as enclosed-pump print head technology, texture-based bridge inspection and parallel processing of stencils. With Speedline MPM systems, we offer our partners the most economical solution for stencil printing equipment. With the MPM range of Accela (specifically for high productivity production lines) and Momentum (for medium and low capacity production), we can offer our customers a solution to meet their specific needs.
