In electronics manufacturing technology, proper controlled refrigerated storage of solder pastes, adhesives and other manufacturing aids is of paramount importance to maintain their physico-chemical properties. XSDC paste refrigeration cabinet models can maintain temperatures between 2 and 20C° throughout the cabinet. The XSDC model can be fitted with the traceability options already well known in the Totech drying cabinet range, such as cabinet parameter monitoring or software tracking of material life.
