We are pleased to inform our partners that the Hungarian version of the IPC/WHMA-A-620B standard has been released.
Elas Ltd. has actively contributed to the translation as translator and proofreader.The IPC/WHMA-A-620B standard summarizes the acceptance requirements for cable and harness assemblies. Chapter 19 of the standard covers the requirements for wire preparation, lead-out soldering, crimping of crimped, bent and turned connectors, ultrasonic welding, wire soldering, connectors and their injection moulding, wire harness marking, coaxial and biaxial cables, cable ties, binding tapes, shielding, wire fitting anchoring and solderless wire wrapping. Tables of test criteria for fittings are given in the Annex to the standard. The new revision contains approximately 400 pages, 682 colour photographs and illustrations, 125 of which are completely new or corrected.
