This Pillarhouse offline selective soldering system is designed for small batch production units where flexibility is the most important factor. While the JADE Pro is equipped with one soldering bath, the Duplex version is equipped with two independent Z-axis moving baths. Duplex thus allows the different solder alloys required for different makes to be changed without expensive and long changeover times. The equipment can be fitted with a small soldering nozzle of 1.5 mm diameter, unique on the market, which allows even the most difficult soldering tasks to be carried out.

Thanks to its easy programmability and simple operation, it is the world's most popular offline soldering system.
