Long Term Storage Solutions (LTS), is a service by Totech Europe offering safe, off-site storage and quality testing of components, subassemblies and moisture sensitive devices. Our secure, quarantine areas are compliant to international standards for MSD and Long Term Component Storage, (J-STD-033 & IEC62435).

Shortage of electronic components

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we were forced to work and communicate from home, causing a huge increase in sales of personal computers, game consoles and other smart devices. This sales boom has led to a very high demand for electronic components and consequently a shortage of semiconductors in other industries. The shortage of chips caused by the pandemic may be less then in 2024, but the supply chain issue isn’t over. Demand continues to increase as a diverse range of industries are receiving an influx of chip orders and manufacturers are struggling to keep up. Quality monitoring

Totech has partnered with RoodMicrotec to offer related high quality testing services comprising electrical tests and physical analysis of components prior to storage, as well as periodic quality monitoring during storage and prior to shipping components back to the customer.

the XSDC-1412-55 offers all essential functions for safe
long-term storage, making it ideal for a fast and economical
entry point.

For low quantities (1 – 100 reels of components)

Option 2 – The flexible on-site solution

LTS-Room in their own company

The LTS Room creates the same storage conditions as our
systems, directly at your facility. This enables maximum control,
short internal handling routes, and secure integration into your existing processes.

For high quantities (more than 1.000 reels of components)

Option 3 – External storage / Maximum security

External LTS Service in Hattem / Netherlands

Entrust the responsibility to us. In our highly specialized storage facility, we ensure optimal conditions and the highest
safety standards for your critical components.

If your customer will need a storage outside of their own and will transfer the risk of Long-Term-Storage or will share the total qty. (e.g. 50% own stock and 50% external stock)
