Yamaha YRP10e

The Yamaha YRP10e is the next-generation successor to the YCP10, incorporating nearly all the high-end features of its larger sibling, the YRP10. It brings top-tier performance and advanced automation into a compact, cost-effective package.

The YRP10e includes innovative features such as a 3-stage conveyor, a simplified parallel cleaning process, a mechanical stopper, and a universal stencil clamping system. With a printing accuracy of ±30 µm @ 6σ, the YRP10e delivers stable, repeatable results for demanding SMT production lines.

Just like the YRP10, it is equipped with Yamaha’s patented 3S (Swing Single Squeegee) head, allowing dynamic control of the printing angle to optimize paste filling without excessive pressure. The vacuum stencil clamping ensures offset-free prints in any direction, and the system supports Yamaha’s “belly roll” cleaning mode for enhanced efficiency.

In addition, the YRP10e includes a built-in 2D inspection camera for real-time paste inspection and supports automatic reprint in case of defects. A unique feature is Yamaha’s patented Overprint function, enabling automatic adjustment and reprinting for perfect alignment and quality at the very first PCB after changeover.
