The GENESYS-CC AI-based Conformal Coating AOI series represents a groundbreaking advancement in inspection technology, pushing the boundaries of conformal coating inspection in the electronics manufacturing industry. With MIRTEC’s exclusive 15 MP CoaXPress camera technology, four 18 MP side-view cameras, and three-directional UV lighting, the system delivers comprehensive inspection coverage for the conformal coating process. In addition to 2D inspection, the system features a 3D height measurement sensor for precise coating thickness measurement before or after curing. This capability ensures stricter control over the production process, meeting even the most rigorous automotive industry standards.
