Introduction
The appropriate quality and cleanliness of stencils are fundamental prerequisites for precise printing. ELAS’s latest product, the Grif-Eye Stencil inspection system offers an efficient solution for monitoring this critical task. The domestically developed device features a 21 MP resolution camera capable of inspecting stencil apertures with a precision of 6.5 microns. The visual inspection is complemented by a multi-point integrated stencil tension measurement function. The Grif-Eye’s programming is user-friendly and fast, making it ideal for the easy and rapid teaching of hundreds of stencils during production. Additionally, the device includes an optional feature for comparing data with Gerber files.
