The Yamaha YRI-V 3D AOI is designed to deliver superior quality, speed, accuracy, and image resolution in a single platform. Its comprehensive 2D and 3D inspection system ensures that every inspection task, across both SMD and THT technologies, is covered. With the ability to measure objects up to 25mm, regardless of the lens chosen, it provides maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications.
The system features an 8-way 3D projector to eliminate shadowing and noise, while coaxial lighting ensures precise crack detection. Equipped with an ultra-high resolution lens (up to 5μm) for miniature components and a 20 MP side camera for angled inspection, the YRI-V offers unparalleled accuracy. In a dual-lane design with a single fixed rail, it integrates seamlessly with any dual-lane setup on the production line.
