X-ray technology is most efficient way to inspect semi-finished and finished electronic devices, PCB circuits. Our machine is able to examine soldering quality in terms of voids, through hole filling and many other manufacturing challenges.

Quality of casted parts are crucial for many product of the automotive, aerospace and other industries. We are able to analyze your sample in 2D and even 3D to check void sizes, numbers and distribution. Volume graphic metrology module is helping to inspect part dimensions compared to CAD model.
