Introduction
The Yamaha YRM10 is a high-end, single-head mounter delivering ±35μm accuracy and a mounting speed of 52,000 CPH—at an affordable price. Its compact size makes it the perfect solution for smaller production areas, while still offering advanced features like automatic nozzle change, side camera, coplanarity checking, and BGA ball detection with AOI linkage, just like Yamaha’s larger systems.
Equipped with 96 feeder positions and an optional automatic tray changer that can be attached from any side, the YRM10 offers maximum flexibility. When multiple YRM10 units are used in a production line, optimal line balance is easily achieved, thanks to Yamaha’s one-head solution, simplifying placement sharing and workload distribution.
Yamaha supports over 2,000 specialized nozzle types, and for added customization, a special nozzle kit is available for engineers looking to create their own nozzles in-house.
