Yamaha YSM40R

Ultra high speed modular mounter

Introduction

The Yamaha YSM40R is the industry’s fastest four-head placer, capable of mounting four large panels across four stages on dual lanes at an incredible speed of 200,000 CPH per meter. Designed for high-volume production, the YSM40R excels in robust placement of chip and LED components, making it the ideal solution for demanding production environments.

With the YSM40R, a Yamaha dual-lane production line can achieve speeds of up to 200K CPH with minimal extension, all while maintaining perfect line balance for maximum efficiency.

The system offers three different head types to suit various component needs, but to fully leverage its maximum speed potential, the RS head is highly recommended.
