Introduction

The Yamaha YRP10 is an advanced version of Yamaha’s previous high-end printer, inheriting and enhancing its predecessor’s automatic switching features such as stencil replacement, support replacement, paste dispensing, and paste transfer between stencils. Its speed and print quality are excellent: it performs printing in 6 seconds with an accuracy of ± 16 µm, maintaining this within µ±6σ. All this is certified by CeTaQ machine capability measurement. The YRP10 printer is available in both Single Lane and Dual Lane configurations.

A specialty of Yamaha printers is the 3S print head, which allows dynamic and process-specific adjustment of the printing angle, thereby achieving better fill without increasing squeegee pressure. The vacuum stencil clamping ensures offset-free paste prints regardless of the printing direction. With its built-in inspection camera, it is capable of 2D paste inspection and triggering reprinting in case of faulty prints.

Program change squeegee attack angle and speed to an ideal setting to provide optimal printing conditions that match the solder being used.

A stencil vacuum mechanism delivers consistent high accuracy printing with no effects from stencil droop. Also drastically cuts the setup time since no offset entry is needed during back and forth printing movement.

Supports full-on pro-level inspections with a dedicated camera. Feedback from inspection results allow over-printing and stencil cleaning.

Possible to arrange up to 200 pins. In addition to a 5 mm-pitched matrix plate, a 2.5 mm-pitched matrix plate with a higher degree of arrangement freedom is also available as an option.
