Introduction
The Vitronics Soltec Centurion reflow soldering oven is a force convection reflow oven with closed loop control.With the best heat transfer on the market the machine can minimize the power consuption. With the patented air/N2 switch the machine capable to run production with air or with inert. In Nitrogen production the gas is recirculated, while in air mode the contaminated gases are extracted from the machine. For reducing the flux the Cathox system is available.

- Cathox system
CATHOX flux filtration system: The patented CATHOX (Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer) system reduces maintence requirements while keeping the oven clean. During thermal oxidation the organic vapors are converted into hydrocarbons, which are captured by a filter. The Cathox sytem is capable to neutralize 50 kg paste per week.
