Automatized material feeding for pails

Introduction

Scheugenpflug Pailfeed has a patent pending technology for automated bubble free barrel docking for the most common 20 liter pails. Docking is possible with a disposable vacuum follower plate, or with it’s expansion ring equipped variant. (Rare or unusual barrel types can be used with rubber plate docking.) Proper material pressure generated by pneumatically driven pumps. The material feeding distance, between feeding unit and metering head, is doubled compared to the previous model.

There are different types for different media:

  • PF803: for high viscosity, but non-abrasive media like sealants
  • PFA803: for high viscosity and abrasive media like thermal gapfillers
  • PFA2001: for high value, high viscosity, even abrasive media

  • Viscosity range of dispensing media: 500…3500 Pa·s (10-fold increase compared to the predecessors.)
