Non-Contact Rapid Jet Dispensers
Introduction
In contact dispensing, it’s always important to determine the relative positions of the dispensing needle and the surface to be dispensed on, which is often not simple, difficult to repeat, and time-consuming. Using jet technology, this is not necessary, so we can save time while improving quality. The Musashi Jet heads allow us to shoot the material onto the surface drop by drop on any surfaces even to uneven or hard-to-reach places.
The Musashi Jet heads can dispense materials of almost any viscosity, even in very small quantities but at high speed, whether it’s coating, gel, grease, adhesive, solder paste, or underfill material. The heads are available as integrable units for any customized production line or can be mounted on desktop robots, and as fully inline dispensing cells.
