In the modern electronics industry, quality and reliability are key factors, for which various inspection methods exist depending on the size, material, type, and numerous other parameters of the product or component to be inspected.
Various types of inspections are employed to ensure manufacturing quality and identify defective products: FAI (First Article Inspection), Flying probe in circuit tester, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), as well as X-ray and CT scans.
