High speed SMT adhesive dispenser
Introduction
The Yamaha YRM-D glue dispenser is the successor of the well-loved YSD and a new look. It dispenses the adhesive required for mounting SMD components with precision and accuracy using a three-head design. It performs contact or non-contact dispensing at line speed. All this in numbers at 0.07sec/shot and +/-50um (μ＋3σ) precision dispensing. Accurate material quantity is ensured by a temperature-controlled and dynamically controlled time-pressure based dispensing system. And for regular dispensing control, it uses a DOT station where it can check the size, volume and shape of the dot to be dispensed before each dispensing. It can dispense from most types of tubes (30-20-10 -5cc) using one adapter. To meet a wide range of dispensing needs, we offer a wide range of lifetime pipettes .
