Introduction
- Serie Solvente systems operate with next-generation, low-boiling-point, non-flammable solvents, delivering fast and highly effective degreasing for a wide range of industrial components. Continuous solvent distillation and regeneration ensure exceptionally low operating costs while minimizing solvent consumption.
- The system utilizes vapor degreasing technology, in which heated solvent vapor condenses on the cooler surface of the component, dissolves contaminants, and subsequently evaporates completely without leaving residues. Key benefits include outstanding cleaning performance, rapid drying, a water-free process, and the virtual elimination of oxidation and corrosion risks.
- Thanks to the intuitive touchscreen control interface, the entire cleaning process can be easily programmed and optimized. Operators can freely adjust and save cleaning cycles, movement speeds, ultrasonic parameters, temperatures, and other process settings, allowing the equipment to be readily adapted to a variety of manufacturing applications.
