High capacity and performance cleaning
Introduction
The PBT HyperCLEAN is PBT’s latest cleaning system with a large capacity, ideal for cleaning solder palettes, varnish frames or reflow oven condensers. With its high pressure spray-in-air technology and nozzle distribution, it achieves high cleaning efficiency with fast cycle times. For washing heavy items, a loading trolley and automatic basket loading option are available for the frame washer, making material handling easier.

- Large capacity, up to 24 soldering irons
- High-pressure spray-in-air technology
- Fixed nozzles at the bottom and top for uniform cleaning with short cycle times
- Wash with water-based detergent, rinse with distilled water
- Conductivity measurement in the flushing circuit
- Hot air drying
- Chemical stop – rinsing technology for low detergent consumption
