We recommend our high-end Takaya APT-1600FD-A system to partners aiming for maximum test coverage, yield, and throughput. With a structure identical to our APT-1400F single-sided tester, the APT-1600FD-A delivers the same exceptional speed, accuracy, and precision—plus more. This advanced system includes four additional bottom-moving probes, allowing for measurements on networks that require simultaneous access from both sides, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
The “-A” designation indicates its inline capabilities, featuring an integrated conveyor system, SMEMA communication, automatic program loading, conveyor width adjustment, and multiple automation features, making it ideal for efficient, hands-free operation.
Capable of six simultaneous contacts and over 15 measurements per access, the APT-1600FD-A also offers advanced testing capabilities such as LED color and intensity probes, vectorless IC tests, optical inspection, and laser height measurements on both sides of the product. For even greater versatility, the system can be equipped with an external programmable power supply, signal generator, and measuring/programming devices.
This system is perfect for testing medium to high-volume products where speed, test coverage, and automation are critical for success.
