In its inline configuration, the APT-1400F seamlessly integrates into production lines or test islands. Equipped with an external barcode reader, it can automatically identify new products, trigger changeovers, and adjust both the conveyor rails and test programs to match the incoming PCB. With OPC UA server compatibility, the system can connect to the local Factory Information System, enabling real-time, two-way communication with your company’s data center.
Because the APT-1400F uses moving probes for measurements, traditional test fixtures are unnecessary. Test programs are stored digitally, allowing products—even those manufactured decades ago—to be easily retested without the need for creating a new fixture.
