An effective solution for materials that harden under UV light

The revolutionary UV LED curing ovens of the Spanish MS-Tech were developed for curing varnishes or other UV adhesives. The high-performance surface LED light source is fully integrated into our modular system. The equipment is available with a simple, flexible control system, conveyor track, and many options and accessories. The small footprint machine is ready for easy integration into any automated production line, the machine can be ordered with SMEMA compatibility and Industry 4.0 data communication functions.

MS-Tech uses one of the highest performance UV LED panels available on the market, which are available with several types of even combined wavelength LEDs (365, 386, 395, 405 nm), matching the requirements of the material to be cured.

Modern LED technology has many advantages compared to traditional radiant tube furnaces. First of all, it provides UV light of uniform intensity over the entire surface up to 500 x 400 mm. The lifetime of the LED panel is up to several years compared to UV sources with mercury tubes, which must be replaced frequently. Furthermore, when using LEDs, there is no energy loss, which would result in heating or ozone formation in the workspace.
